As part of Bird & Co Solicitors LLP with multiple offices in Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire, we have a very experienced legal team consisting of both solicitors and barristers, as well as experienced police station paralegals.

All of our team are qualified Solicitors or Barristers and Accredited Criminal Practioners with the Law Society.

Christopher Milligan

Christopher originally qualified as a Barrister and qualified as a Solicitor over ten years ago. He has a wealth of knowledge in all areas of Criminal Law and in particular with regard to motoring offences.

Christopher appreciates the importance of combining that knowledge with an appreciation of client care, particuarly where a driver faces the daunting prospect of disqualification.

Christopher's work is supervised by the Head of the Criminal Department, Stuart Wild.

Stuart Wild

Stuart was admitted as a Solicitor of The Supreme Court in February 1996 having qualified as a Solicitor in 1995.

Having previously been a partner of a South Lincolnshire Firm, Stuart has a wealth of knowledge in Road Traffic Legislation having represented both private clients and Large Haulage firms alike.

Stuart's work is supervised by the Senior Partner, Christopher Milligan.

Robert Arthur

Robert qualified and graduated from the University of Nottingham. He is particuarly keen on road traffic cases accross the country, particuarly where they involve his love of motor cycles!

Simon Cobb

Simon is based at the Lincoln office and has dealt with hundreds of road traffic cases accross the East Midlands and has a particuarly high success rates on Exceptional Hardship applications

You should understand however that regrettably this advice cannot be given for free. As members of the Law Society we are not insured to give free advice. However, we do our best to keep our charges reasonable and if you need flexibility in fees or payment arrangements just ask.

Some more serious offences may also qualify for public funding (legal aid).

Your licence and livelihood are important, and although you may have to pay for our service, we think you'll find well worth it in the end.
